Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of tinypostcard. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
If you create API keys, you are responsible for all activity performed with those keys.
What the service does
tinypostcard lets you design and send physical postcards, manage recipients, and track send status. It also includes tools like image upload, Canva import, and AI-assisted generation.
We rely on third-party providers to run important parts of the service. Features may change over time, and provider outages can affect availability.
Pricing, payments, and refunds
We may offer token packs, one-off guest checkout, and saved-card charges for logged-in sends. Pricing shown in-product at checkout controls.
By sending an order, you authorize applicable charges. Token balances are tied to your account and are not transferable.
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. We may issue refunds or token credits when sends fail at the provider level.
Fulfillment and delivery
Physical delivery is handled by third-party print-and-mail providers. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Cancellation is only available while a send is still cancellable in provider workflows.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of your content. You grant tinypostcard and its service providers permission to process and transmit content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure your content and recipient data are lawful and accurate, and that you have rights to use them.
AI or image-processing output may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing final content before sending.
Prohibited use
You may not use tinypostcard to:
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- Use automated methods to access the service beyond documented interfaces.
Third-party providers
tinypostcard depends on third-party providers (for example, payments, print-mail fulfillment, analytics, and communications).
We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or other failures caused by those providers.
Warranty and liability limits
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, tinypostcard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure by contacting support@tinypostcard.com.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
